As a co-owner of several family owned businesses, she understands the challenges small business owners face, especially in a rapidly changing economy and culture. Her experience with 501c3 organizations was focused on leadership development and team-building, organizational development, training, and marketing. She has been able to teach, train, and motivate both individuals and teams for the purpose of building trust, seeking mutual benefit, and accomplishing common goals with the belief that working together is greater than working alone.
